Update 15 November 2023 - USA, Canada & Japan

DHL Express shipping and return now available for USA, Canada and Japan customers, a slightly higher cost than regular DHL / USPS, DHL / Canada Post and DHL / Japan Post. You can choose this as an option at checkout, this reduces delivery times by at least 50%, for example normal shipping from DE to USA via DHL / USPS takes approximately 9 days with DHL Express 4 days. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties in these countries. Please contact richard@cloth-and-cut.com for any queries relating to this.

UK & EU

Depending on warehouse location, England, Scotland, Germany, Italy and Portugal we will issue your goods from this country. This means, for example all waxed jackets will be issued from the UK. If we do not have the stock in either Germany or UK we will supplement the shipment from either location

UK orders will be sent DDP - Delivered Duty Paid which means you only pay the price you see at the checkout. Your order will include the current UK VAT rates, you will pay no additional costs, so no taxes, customs or processing charges for delivery. DDP shipments should also be faster through the customs process as the information is supplied to the courier & customs prior to the actual shipping. If by mistake the carrier sends you an invoice please contact richard@cloth-and-cut.com with a copy of the invoice and we will pay this for you to release the goods to you.
