If you have any queries relating to the tracking of your package, please use the code supplied in your Order Fulfillment email and input it first here for DHL Tracking and if it has left the country please check the postal partner in that country for example DHL first them Parcelforce, we do not have any futher visibility than yourselves, if the package is delayed DHL will not open a helpdesk case until 10 working days after it has been postedö.

FEDEX shipping and return now available for USA, Canada and Japan customers, a slightly higher cost than regular DHL / USPS / DHL / Canada Post and DHL / Japan Post. You can choose this as an option at checkout, this reduces delivery times by at least 50%, for example normal shipping from DE to USA via DHL / USPS takes approximately 9 days with FEDEX 4 days. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties in these countries. * Express shipping is not eligible for free shipping over 250€ unless agreed beforehand. UK & EU

Depending on warehouse location, England, Scotland, Germany, Italy and Portugal we will issue your goods from this country. This means, for example, all waxed jackets will be issued from the UK. If we do not have the stock in either Germany or UK we will supplement the shipment from either location

UK orders will be sent DDP - Delivered Duty Paid which means you only pay the price you see at the checkout.  Your order will include the current UK VAT rates, you will pay no additional costs, so no taxes, customs or processing charges for delivery.  DDP shipments should also be faster through the customs process as the information is supplied to the courier & customs prior to the actual shipping. If by mistake the carrier sends you an invoice please contact richard@cloth-and-cut.com with a copy of the invoice and we will pay this for you to release the goods to you.
