Returns Policy

We understand that buying online can be difficult, so we’ve put a lot of effort into giving you as much detail as possible of what you’re buying before you make your purchase with individually measured size charts, a measuring guide, many product images, a shop the style image section and offer a concierge service (personal call) to discuss any item in question.

All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, please email us first to discuss any issues e.g fit richard@cloth-and-cut.com then we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided that we are informed of the intention to return them within 7 days of receipt of your order and then they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and re-saleable condition.  Items discounted by more than 30% are considered final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns

If you wish to return your item please contact richard@cloth-and-cut.com to initiate the returns service. If you do not contact richard@cloth-and-cut.com your return will not be accepted. We will generate a returns reference, label and collection for you upon request, the cost of which will be deducted from your refunded item.

You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery charges. In addition to this if you return part of your order and the other part does not meet the free delivery threshold we will deduct the delivery charge from the refunded item.

Please ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all these conditions the items must be repackaged with the same care as sent to you, neat, folded, unworn (not pet hairs), unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging. Whilst we will create the shipping return label we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Exchanges

Please note exchanges of items for sizing and/or colours of the item(s) will incur a shipping charge for return and resend. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and measurements table before your purchase for size and fit. If you have any questions at all please contact richard@cloth-and-cut.com for further advice. The advice provided will be given based on best endeavours, the final decision on the order is yours.

Faulty Goods

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our designs and will be happy to assess any item that is deemed faulty if purchased directly from Cloth & Cut online within the past 12 months. In the case of faulty goods, we will refund the full amount paid by you and for customers outside the UK AND EU, we will reimburse the reasonable cost incurred by you for returning the product so a receipt or proof of postage will be necessary.

Returns Terms and Guidelines

All returned items must be repackaged with the same care as sent to you, unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of non-faulty items. It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. Please make sure that the supplied on-request Returns Form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed. Or log online to leave your feedback. Excessive Returns
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity (for example, ordering and returning much more than normal), we may have to cancel any orders you make.
